Night Out On Brick Lane
We all love it when the weekend comes. But for us young people most of which live in London on a very small wages to begin with we find it hard to find options for what to do that fits in with our time and financial constraints. I find myself quite often dressing up a night in with my girlfriend to make spending a cheap night with a DVD and a microwave meal really special. She seems to be getting wind of it now so I need to start finding other things to do that doesn’t cost very much money.
When me an my friend who get a free pass for the night – free pass meaning our girlfriends are off doing something else and we can get up to whatever we like – we find the cheapest and best way to get as drunk as possible in the shortest amount of time for the least amount of money.
What we did the other night after finishing work is pop along to the East End of London to Brick Lane where you will be inundated with people touting you to go to their establishment. The good thing about this is it gives you the opportunity to haggle and get the best offer when it comes to the price of the meal. The other good thing is you can also drink quite cheaply as most places along there are bring your own. Not only do you get a nice meal but you can also get absolutely hammered for under £30.
